Trunk show tips

This weekend, stop by two trunk shows in Towne Center to ensure that you’re well-heeled and well-clothed. Start with the shoes at Currie, where the boutique is hosting a pop-up shop with New Orleans store CeCe Shoe. The designer shoe specialist is bringing everything from flat sandals to serious heels, all with discriminating designer labels: Valentino, Manolo Blahnik, Loeffler Randall and Michael Kors. The show takes place through tomorrow at 4 p.m. Once you’ve had your shoe fix, indulge in wardrobe therapy at Eros, where a Trina Turk trunk show runs through Saturday. The summer-ready collection includes gauzy dresses, flowy pants, swimwear and more, bearing the designer’s signature of vibrant prints.
